Keto Seed Crackers



Keto seed crackers are not only healthy but SUPER easy to make.


Ingredients:

1/3 cup almond flour/meal

1/3 cup sunflower seeds

1/3 cup pumpkin seeds

1/3 cup linseeds

1/3 cup chia seeds

1/3 cup sesame seeds

1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)

1 cup boiling water


Optional: additional seasoning of your choosing (e.g. cinnamon, ginger, tumeric, garlic powder, cracked pepper, etc.)


Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 150°C (300°F).

  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Add coconut oil and water; mix until the liquid is absorbed and the dough has a gel-like consistency.

  4. Press dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Either use a spatula or place a sheet of baking paper on top and use a rolling to flatten dough to an even thickness.

  5. Remove top layer of paper and bake for 40-45 minutes (I like to flip mine at around the 25min mark).

  6. Turn off the oven and leave in oven to dry. Once dried and cooled, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.


These are great on their own or spread with paté, hummus, or relish and cheese.
