My word these medals are gorgeous.
I am shamelessly motivated by shiny medals and certificates!!
I was somewhat concerned to hear the parcel rattling when I picked it up off the doormat. But the medal was in perfect condition inside the packaging. Yet as I was taking the photos above, it was still rattling. But I couldn't for the life of me see why?
Upon closer inspection, I discovered the center disc is attached by four tiny magnets. . . encasing a wee hidden treasure. . .
I have it on good authority (from a born and raised Greek) the back of the coin says:
Victory(Νίκη), we have conquered(έχουμε κατακτήσει)
Indeed I have conquered!!
