So I didn't quite reach the next milestone of the Berlin Wall Challenge (0.2km short) BUT!! I did manage to complete 30mins of one of my first favourite BodyPump release (#108).
I kept to the lightest of weights for all but one of the exercises; and I'm proud to say that I stopped before reaching complete exertion. Yet still managed to raise my heart rate and my muscles are definitely letting me know that I made them work.
Oh how I love those endorphins.
