I have been unwell ever since my abdominal MRI on Monday afternoon so have done NO exercise whatsoever the past three days. At least on Monday I worked up a sweat doing some gardening. But nothing since. And getting through the supermarket today was a challenge. So will be having a rest day again tomorrow.
