Progress: 20% of Yosemite

Yay! I reached the first milestone on the Yosemite Challenge!!


Today also marks 12 weeks since I began this latest wellness journey. My main focus has been learning my "sweet spot" of challenging my body by increasing exercise frequency, duration, and intensity, without reaching exertion (as as to avoid Post-Exertional Malaise). I think I have succeeded as I have needed far fewer rest days in the past three weeks. Sure, I have needed daytime naps more often than not in the past couple of weeks, but at the same time, I have clocked up more physical exercise (both intentional and incidental). I am taking this as a win.


I have also decided to give the Mediterranean way of eating another go; whilst also returning to my cultural heritage and incorporating Hungarian foods into my regular meals. But will write separate blog posts about that.
