The fatigue seems to have passed - despite having a massive case load this week. Today was my first day off and I spent all morning cleaning and tidying; making the house look at least semi-presentable.
I am continuing to enjoy the "Bend" workout. It is fast becoming my "go to" when I don't have sufficient spoons to attempt even yoga, let alone cardio or weights. In fact, it was well after 10:00pm yesterday when I decided to do some stretching; and it turned out to be a really nice way to wind down for bed.
So two weeks in, I have completed well over 10 hours of intentionally moving my body; and clocked up the equivalent of over 41km. Not bad. Not bad at all.
