Rome Challenge: Roman Cuisine



Romans love strong, salty cheeses; and they love rich, silky creamy past sauces. They love olives and artichokes, and tomatoes and aubergines when they're in season.


They of course love good, rough red wines and strong coffee.



This is true dolce vita (The "sweet life"), sitting together outside in the cool evening air with friends and family. Enjoying course after course of good things, paired with passionate conversation and loud laughter long into the night.
