MiniMe wanted a scarf.
I wanted to make MiniMe a scarf.
Apparently "holey" crochet is offensive.
It had to be black; and super soft.
I think I nailed the brief.
Materials
4Seasons Cocoon Anti-Pill 8ply 100% acrylic 50g (approx 125m)
(I used 3 balls for this scarf)
5.00mm Crochet Hook
Instructions
Pattern in US terms
Abbreviations:
ch chain
rep repeat
sc single crochet
sk skip
sp space
st stitch
Foundation:
Ch 51 (50 st + 1 turning ch).
Row 1:
Sc in 2nd ch from hook, *ch 1, sk next ch, sc in next ch, rep from * across, turn. [50 st]
(Note: stitch into the back bumps of the foundation chain to provide a matching edge to the final row of the scarf.)
Row 2:
Ch 1, sc in first sc, ch 1, sk next ch-1 sp, *sc in next sc, ch 1, sk next ch-1 sp, rep from * across, sc in last sc, turn. [50 st]
Repeat row 2 until scarf reaches desired length (or you run out of yarn).
