It has been a tough week. I crashed following Tuesday's walk. Big time. Took Wednesday as a complete rest day (from exercise that is, I actually saw two clients that day); then yesterday I decided to do some BodyBalance (thinking that it would be less exerting than a walk or weights.
Hmmm. . . it was still tough-going.
That "sweet spot" alludes me.
Today I had hoped to try some BodyPump. But woke up feeling fatigued. So decided it would be a terrible idea to push myself. Especially as I needed to run some errands after work and only had a limited number of spoons - being considerably less than "normal" (whatever normal is these days).
So as it turned out, I actually walked over 4.5km whilst running errands. Remarkable. Of course, that was over a period of over an hour and a half. With lots of stops and starts. But it was considerably more than what I can manage when I'm out for a walk as a conscious attempt at physical exercise. I'm going to take that as a win.
